Roles & responsibilities Counsel prospective students and parents about courses, eligibility, admission process, and career opportunities. Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and email queries efficiently. Conduct campus tours and showcase facilities, programs, and student life. Assist in admission-related documentation and follow-up with applicants. Participate in school/college outreach programs, education fairs, and promotional events. Maintain a database of leads and update follow-up actions regularly. Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students. Preferred candidate profile Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (Counseling, Psychology, Education, or Marketing preferred). Experience: 3 to 5 years in student counseling/admissions, preferably in higher education. Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills. Ability to build rapport with students and parents from diverse backgrounds. Organized, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
