We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paint Sales Manager to drive our paint application sales across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, managing presales and commercial activities, and building lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the paint industry, including system integrators, automotive OEMs, and Tier-1 customers. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities by engaging with system integrators, end users, and other relevant stakeholders within the paint application market across India. Manage presales activities such as generating inquiries, negotiating pricing and payment terms, controlling delivery schedules, and overseeing invoicing and collections. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, system integrators, distributors, and partners to foster long-term business growth. Plan and execute sales and promotional activities aligned with company budget and strategic goals. Achieve aggressive annual sales targets in terms of quantity, revenue, and profitability by acquiring new customers and expanding business with existing clients. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high standards of hospitality and customer service. Demonstrate punctuality, discipline, integrity, and respect in interactions with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and partners. Drive partner development initiatives within the paint industry to expand market reach. Propose innovative sales strategies, promotional tools, and digital marketing initiatives to enhance company presence and sales performance. Prepare and present regular sales activity reports in weekly and monthly review meetings. Gather and analyze market feedback and customer expectations to inform and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Coordinate and lead sales activities across Pan India with a strong focus on paint applications. Take ownership of closing sales inquiries and delivering results in a timely manner. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in the paint industry with a strong network and understanding of painting system integrators, paint manufacturers, gun makers, booth makers, and peripheral equipment suppliers. Comprehensive knowledge of painting robots, painting equipment, paint supply systems, and related peripheral technologies. Prior experience in sales, project management, or application management within robotics manufacturers, painting system integrators, or painting equipment makers is highly desirable. Sound understanding of paint quality control and the variables influencing paint application processes. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
