Enovia Lead

The purpose of your role is to provide solutions that bridge the gap between technology and business expertise in order to deliver client solutions efficiently. You will be responsible for various tasks including bridging the gap between project and support teams, driving end-to-end processes for new business implementation projects, checking the feasibility of new change requirements, providing optimal solutions to clients, and supporting the solutioning team from architectural design to implementation. Your role will also involve understanding both functional and technical designs, customizing, extending, modifying, localizing, or integrating existing products, implementing business processes and requirements into ERP solutions, writing code, providing product support and maintenance, and creating automation tools for process optimization. Additionally, you will be required to provide support and guidance on technical and functional requirements of projects to clients and internal teams, as well as skill upgrading and competency building by clearing Wipro exams, attending trainings and seminars, and publishing papers, articles, and case studies. Stakeholder interactions in this role will include providing reporting and updates to the Lead Consultant, offering off-site support and inputs to onsite Project Managers and Project Teams, and engaging with clients for solutioning and support. To perform effectively in this role, you must demonstrate competencies in Systems Thinking, Leveraging Technology, and Functional/Technical Knowledge at the levels of Foundation, Competent, Expert, or Master as per the competency levels defined.
