Review and analyze medical records for IP and OP encounters
Assign accurate E&M CPT codes as per documentation
Apply CPT, ICD-10-CM, and CMS guidelines correctly
Ensure compliance with payer and client-specific guidelines
Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks
Work on audits and resolve coding edits if required
Key Skills Required:
Strong knowledge in E&M Coding (IP & OP)
Understanding of 1995 & 1997 E&M guidelines
Familiar with CMS, NCCI edits, and payer policies
Experience in specialty coding is an added advantage
Good analytical and communication skills
Experience: 1 to 6 Years
Qualification: Life Science / Paramedical / Medical Graduate
Certification: CPC / CCS / COC (Preferred, Certification mandatory for experienced candidates)
