JOB DESCRIPTION POSITION : HR MANAGER QUALIFICATION : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in HR roles, within the manufacturing industry only. In-depth knowledge & execution of statutory compliance related to HR operations. Strong communication skills Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret HR data and trends. Administrative and statutory interfacing EXPERIENCE : Lead the HR function overseeing all aspects of HR operations. Drive bulk hiring initiatives to meet the staffing needs of the organization including contractual workers. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including the Factories Act, PF, ESI, Bonus, etc. Utilize analytical skills to analyse HR data and metrics, providing insights for decision-making. Demonstrate strong people skills to foster a positive work environment and resolve employee issues. Leverage admin contractor connections for efficient HR operations. Oversee employee management, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations. Experience in team handling, providing leadership and guidance to HR teams. Use of online platforms for hiring. Employee data management. Creation of HR policies & management systems.
