Job Title: English Trainer (Full-Time)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated English Trainer to improve the spoken English communication

skills of our teacher trainees. The ideal candidate will conduct mock calls, implement strategies

to enhance English communication, and provide interactive spoken English sessions to help

trainees build confidence and fluency.

Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct Spoken English Sessions: Deliver engaging spoken English lessons through

live sessions, helping trainees improve their verbal communication skills.

● Mock Calls: Organize and take mock calls to assess and improve the trainees’ spoken

English in various professional scenarios.

● Implement Communication Strategies: Develop and implement various strategies to

improve the overall communication skills of the team.

● Mentor and Guide: Support trainees in their journey to better English communication,

providing feedback and encouragement.

● Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the team to design methods that enhance

communication, focusing on both fluency and accuracy.

● Office Presence: Attend the Calicut office regularly to conduct sessions and mentor

trainees.

Required Qualifications:

● A degree in English or related field.

● Strong spoken and written English communication skills.

● Proven experience in teaching or training English, with a focus on spoken English.

● Experience in conducting mock calls or practical spoken sessions.

● Ability to effectively engage trainees and boost their confidence in English

communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience in online teaching platforms (e.g., Google Meet, Zoom).

● Background in training teacher trainees or similar groups.

Skills and Competencies:

● Strong organizational skills to track progress and provide feedback.

● Patience and the ability to offer constructive criticism.

● Excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching.

● Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
