English Teacher

As an experienced English teacher at our school located in sector 69, Mohali, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive educational curriculum. Your primary duties will involve imparting knowledge to students, fostering their personal growth, and nurturing a passion for learning. Throughout the educational journey, you will serve as a dedicated mentor and guide to support students in their overall development. Your role will encompass a range of responsibilities, including creating and conducting engaging in-class and outdoor learning activities, closely monitoring students" behavior and psychological well-being, preparing instructional materials such as notes, exams, and assignments, and providing personalized attention to each student to facilitate interactive learning experiences. Additionally, you will be required to track and assess the progress of individual students, participate in professional development conferences and workshops, and incorporate innovative teaching methodologies while maintaining high educational standards. Furthermore, you will be expected to actively engage students in lessons and educational activities, collaborate with parents, guardians, colleagues, and experts to ensure the educational well-being of students, and contribute to a supportive and enriching learning environment. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a PGT English qualification, possess an M.A and B.Ed degree, demonstrate proficiency in MS Office, and have a minimum of 7 years of relevant teaching experience. This full-time, permanent position requires availability during day shifts and weekends. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role, along with at least 1 year of teaching experience. Proficiency in the English language is essential, and the work location is on-site.,
