English Teacher - PRT

You will be located at Sarjapur-Attibele Road, Bangalore and your role will involve contributing to the overall development of academics for students, teachers, curriculum, and co-curriculum. Your primary objective will be to enhance the teaching-learning experience for students in a specific subject area. To be eligible for this position, you should have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in handling the relevant subject at the high school level. Additionally, you should hold a BA/MA in English with B.Ed. qualification and have previous teaching experience in a CBSE school at the primary level. Effective communication, interpersonal skills, classroom management skills, proficiency in educational technology, and a deep knowledge of the subject are essential requirements. Your key skills will include conveying information clearly and empathetically to students, parents, and administration, integrating subjects for holistic education, evaluating student performance, providing constructive feedback, and collaborating effectively with other teachers and staff. Your responsibilities will encompass maintaining a well-organized classroom environment, assessing student progress through various methods, providing individualized support to students, communicating with parents/guardians regularly, managing classroom resources efficiently, and engaging in continuous professional development.
