Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced English Spoken Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident in teaching English speaking skills to students of various age groups, helping them improve fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, and overall communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct spoken English classes for students (individual and group sessions)
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans
• Focus on improving students' grammar, pronunciation, fluency, and vocabulary
• Encourage interactive sessions through activities, debates, and role-plays
• Track students’ progress and provide regular feedback
• Create a positive and encouraging learning environment
• Use modern teaching tools and techniques

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in teaching spoken English (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to connect with students and motivate them
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with offline or online classes as needed

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of public speaking and interview skills training
• Familiarity with soft skills or personality development training
• Creative teaching approach with use of audio-visual tools
