Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate English Verbal Trainer to prepare students for the SAT exam. The ideal candidate will have expertise in verbal reasoning, reading comprehension, grammar, and essay writing, with a proven ability to train students effectively for high SAT scores. Key Responsibilities: Conduct engaging and interactive SAT Verbal training sessions, covering reading comprehension, critical reasoning, and grammar. Develop and implement effective teaching strategies tailored to individual learning styles. Design, update, and refine SAT verbal training materials, practice tests, and mock exams. Monitor student progress through assessments and provide personalized feedback. Guide students in vocabulary building and essay writing techniques. Stay updated on SAT exam patterns, question trends, and changes in curriculum. Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and support students in achieving their target scores. Maintain a positive and motivating classroom environment. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in SAT Verbal training or similar test preparation. Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and writing skills. Familiarity with SAT exam format, scoring methodology, and best test-taking strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and inspire students through innovative teaching methods. Prior experience with online teaching platforms is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in coaching students for standardized tests such as SAT, ACT, GRE, or GMAT. Certification in English teaching (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is advantageous. Proven track record of improving student SAT scores. Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience and expertise.
