English Lecturer

Core Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development and Delivery:
• Developing and delivering lectures, seminars, and other learning activities in English language and literature.
• Creating and updating course syllabi, lesson plans, and learning materials.
• Integrating technology and multimedia resources into teaching.
• Student Assessment and Feedback:
• Assessing student progress through assignments, exams, and projects.
• Providing constructive feedback to help students improve their skills.
• Maintaining accurate records of student attendance and performance.
• Research and Professional Development:
• Staying current with developments in English language and literature through research and professional development.
• Participating in faculty meetings, workshops, and conferences.
• Contributing to academic publications and presentations.
• Classroom Management and Student Support:
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Mentoring and advising students on academic and career goals.
• Addressing student needs and providing support for academic success.
• Collaboration and Administration:
• Collaborating with colleagues on curriculum design and program development.
• Participating in departmental and institutional activities.
• Fulfilling administrative duties as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
