Job Title: English Faculty – Grade 11 & 12 (CBSE) Organization: Sri Edu Foundation Location: Sarjapur, Bangalore Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years (CBSE Curriculum – Grade 11 & 12) Joining: Immediate or Within 1 Week Job Description: Sri Edu Foundation is hiring a passionate and experienced English Faculty to handle Grade 11 and 12 students under the CBSE curriculum . The candidate must have excellent command over English language and literature, with effective classroom delivery and student engagement skills. Key Responsibilities: Teach English Core/English Elective subjects for Grade 11 & 12 as per CBSE guidelines. Develop and deliver well-structured, engaging, and interactive lessons. Prepare lesson plans, assessments, assignments, and project guidelines as per CBSE norms. Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and oral assessments. Prepare students for CBSE board exams, internal assessments, and presentations. Maintain a disciplined and positive classroom learning environment. Collaborate with academic coordinators for curriculum planning and academic progress. Work Location & Schedule: Job Location: Sarjapur, Bangalore Must be comfortable commuting to Sarjapur Campus on a regular basis. Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in English Literature/Language or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience teaching English for Grade 11 & 12 CBSE . Strong command over written and spoken English. Excellent communication, classroom management, and presentation skills. Must be confident in preparing students for board exams. Should be available to join immediately or within 1 week . Preferred Qualities: Passion for teaching and mentoring senior secondary students. Ability to inspire and engage learners through creative and critical approaches. Familiarity with CBSE board exam pattern and marking schemes. Willingness to contribute to co-curricular and academic initiatives.
