Qualifications And Skills

• Classroom management and routines (Mandatory skill): Must demonstrate practical strategies to maintain classroom order while fostering a positive and respectful learning environment.
• Subject expertise (Mandatory skill): In-depth understanding and mastery of English language concepts, literature, and grammar relevant to primary and secondary education classes.
• Differentiated instruction: Able to adapt teaching methods to address diverse learning styles and varied academic levels within a classroom to ensure inclusive progress.
