Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the specified time limits, and following up to ensure resolution. Additionally, you will be dealing with customer issues and providing easy-to-follow solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer complaints and provide suitable solutions - Follow up with customers to ensure resolution - Deal with customer issues effectively Qualifications Required: - Undergraduate/ Graduate - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal - Candidates from PAN India can apply - Higher Secondary (12th Pass) preferred - 1 year of total work experience and customer service experience preferred - Proficiency in Hindi preferred, English required Please Note: This job is based in Jaipur and involves working full-time in night or rotational shifts. The salary offered can go up to 35K CTC. Additionally, the company provides benefits like health insurance and provident fund for employees.,
