Position Overview We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and scale our online presence across multiple platforms. The role involves handling Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram advertising), SEO, website promotion, and Instagram growth strategies with a strong focus on driving qualified traffic and converting it into sales. Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing & Ads Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) to generate leads and sales. Conduct audience research and A/B testing to improve ad performance. Monitor budgets, track KPIs, and report ROI. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Perform keyword research and implement on-page & off-page SEO strategies. Optimize website content, product pages, and blogs for search ranking. Build backlinks and improve domain authority. Track performance using Google Search Console and Analytics. Website Promotion & Management Increase website traffic through targeted campaigns. Coordinate with developers/designers for SEO-friendly site updates. Improve user journey and conversion rates (CRO). Instagram & Social Media Promotion Develop and execute content strategies for Instagram to boost engagement and reach. Work on Reels strategy, influencer collaborations, and hashtag targeting. Manage Instagram shop/catalog integration with website. Analytics & Reporting Track and analyze campaign data across platforms (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.). Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights. Adjust strategies based on results to maximize sales impact. Requirements Proven experience in Meta Ads, SEO, and social media promotions. Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and e-commerce strategies. Hands-on knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.). Ability to create sales-focused ad copies and visuals in collaboration with design team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and algorithms. Preferred Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing. Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce industry is a plus. Basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop for creatives. KPIs to Measure Success Increase in website traffic (organic + paid). Improved SEO ranking for key brand/product keywords. Growth in Instagram reach, engagement, and followers. Sales conversions and ROI from Meta Ads & campaigns.
