Engineers - Technical Documentation

As an Engineer - Technical Documentation at DBS, you will play a crucial role in creating, publishing, and delivering various technical documents such as Parts Catalogues, Procedure Documents, User Guides, Installation and Maintenance Guides, and Instruction Sheets for Industrial Products. Your expertise in Technical Writing, coupled with your Engineering background specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, etc., will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and clarity of the technical content. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team and work closely with technical writers to align on parts for usage in different types of technical documentation. Proficiency in tools such as Adobe, Visio, Creo, PLM (Windchill), Arbortext, Dita XML, and related technologies is essential for this role. Moreover, your experience in working with European customers will be advantageous in understanding and meeting their requirements effectively. An ideal candidate for this position should possess 2 to 5 years of experience in Technical Writing, along with very good written and spoken communication skills in English. Being an Engineering Graduate and having hands-on experience with content management systems will further enhance your capabilities in fulfilling the responsibilities of this role.
