Coordinate with production and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Metallurgy). Minimum 25 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales in the steel or allied manufacturing industries. Strong understanding of steel products and their applications. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and basic sales reporting tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and business development. Preferred Attributes: Knowledge of local construction and infrastructure markets. Experience dealing with contractors, fabricators, EPC companies, and government agencies. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
