Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing projects from prototype to production at CDSpace, a leading UAV Technology startup. Your role will involve designing components for various fabrication processes such as Fiber-Reinforced composites, 3D printing, metal machining, and injection molding. You will collaborate with the electronic design team and aircraft design team to ensure streamlined product development. Additionally, you will be involved in generating Class-A surfaces for aircraft sub-assemblies and providing assistance in material selection, process selection, BOM generation, and vendor identification. Key Responsibilities: - Manage projects from prototype to production - Design components for various fabrication processes - Collaborate with electronic and aircraft design teams - Generate Class-A surfaces for aircraft sub-assemblies - Assist in material selection, process selection, BOM generation, and vendor identification Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Design, or any other relevant discipline - Proficient in Fusion 360 or similar CAD tools - Ability to create and interpret engineering drawings - Good 3D visualization intuition and hands-on skills - Firsthand working knowledge of materials, tooling & fixtures, resin systems, precision machining, and manufacturing processes for composite aircraft production,
