Role & responsibilities 1. Development of technological documentation like Technology file, Bill of materials, 2D drawing's & work instructions of the product. 2 . Development of a cost calculation based on technical documentation. 3. Carrying out technical arrangements with the end customer along with the sales department personnels. 4. Development and supervision of product design changes and its implementation. 5. Supervision over the implementation of the production of new products (prototypes) as assigned. 6. Cooperation with the Quality department in the preparation and conduct of FAI. 7. Entering technological data like technical hours & Bill of materials into the SAP system. 8. Participation in development works in the field of the use of new technologies. 9. Analysis of the workshop's needs in terms of production tools and devices and proposing solutions. 10. Participation in the development and verification of technological standards. 11. Analyzing the requirements of the customer when change management is required in any of the projects. 12. Preparing required documents of changes related to the product or the change (Like:- Confirmation of Modification, Document Change Note, Modification register, SAP Modification register, Change process cards management etc.,). 13. Arranging the revised documentation like P-drawings to the programmer colleagues and 2D drawings to the documentation controller colleagues 14. Preparing required documents related to the product machining milling, turning, etc 15. Knowledge of handling endurance issues.
