Engineering Support

As a Prompt Engineering Support, you will be responsible for developing and providing technical support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as data scientists, developers, and UX/UI designers, to seamlessly integrate AI components into automation workflows. Your role will involve analyzing tool performance by monitoring and evaluating factors like tool rate limits and throughput. Additionally, you will work closely with business teams to offer assistance and training in creating effective prompts that guide the tool to generate accurate and relevant responses. You will assist users in understanding and utilizing the tool effectively, address user queries, and troubleshoot issues related to AI prompts. Your continuous efforts in refining prompts based on performance and feedback will be crucial in enhancing the overall output. If you have 3.5-7 years of experience in this field and are looking for a full-time/ permanent position in Mumbai or Pune with a budget ranging from 5-20 LPA based on experience, this opportunity might be the right fit for you.
