Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.

Summary:As an Engineering Services Practitioner, you will assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions that address complex challenges and meet business objectives. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, applying scientific and technical knowledge, and leveraging practical experience to solve engineering problems effectively. You will engage in various activities, including structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management, ensuring that solutions are both innovative and practical.
Roles & Responsibilities:1. Solution Design & Implementation-Gather and analyze customer requirements, translate them into functional and technical specifications within Quintiq Macro Planner.Configure and customize Quintiq applications to support planning, scheduling, and optimization scenarios.Develop and implement Quintiq models for strategic, tactical, and operational planning.2. Business Process Analysis-Understand and document As-Is and To-Be planning processes.Map industry-specific challenges (capacity planning, refinery scheduling, transportation constraints) into Quintiq solutions.3. Integration & Testing-Work with ERP, MES, and other enterprise systems to ensure seamless integration with Quintiq.Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to validate solutions.4. Performance Optimization-Optimize models for scalability and performance in large, complex datasets.Support ongoing system improvements, bug fixing, and enhancements.5. Stakeholder Engagement-Collaborate with business stakeholders, supply chain planners, and IT teams.Provide solution demonstrations, training, and user support.Professional & Technical Skills:

Skills:

Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform DELMIA Quintiq. Experience in Quintiq implementations, with at least 2+ years in Macro Planner.-Strong understanding of supply chain planning, demand planning, and capacity planning concepts.-Hands-on experience in Quintiq modeling, configuration, and optimization.-Proficiency in Quintiq Development Environment (QDE), KPI configuration, and scenario management.-Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.-Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) in enterprise application implementations.Good-to-Have Skills - -Domain knowledge in Oil & Gas industry (refinery planning, upstream/downstream supply chain, logistics).-Exposure to other planning modules (Scheduler, Logistics Planner).-Familiarity with optimization algorithms, mathematical modeling, or -Python/Java for Quintiq extensions.-Experience in global implementations and multi-site deployments.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform DELMIA Quintiq.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15-year full time education is required along with Bachelors/masters degree in engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, Supply Chain, or related field.-Certification in Quintiq / Dassault Systemes Planning Solutions is a plus. Qualification
