Project Manager-Consultant-Project Management-PMO Date: 2 May 2025 Location: Navi Mumbai, MH, IN, 400708 Company: tatacons02 About Us Purpose & Scope of Position Project Manager is responsible for managing, coordinating and administering overall project. Overall responsible to deliver the project within the scope, cost and schedule baseline and ensuring the area of the project is delivered within the safety, quality and environmental best practices set out by TCE and the client for the project. Manage TCE s business interests, to include: the prime contract, revenues, receivables, project viability and profitability. Manage the project delivery process to meet the owner s goals, objectives and expectations. Resolves problems and coordinates the final handover of the project to the client. Experience Typically 12-15 years of experience in a multi-disciplinary environment on major projects Five to ten years experience in cross functional leadership roles in a project/operations environment. Qualification Postgraduate or graduate in an engineering discipline Professional Project Management Certification (preferable from PMI) Key Responsibilities 1 Takes responsibility for the definition, documentation and safe execution of small to medium-scale projects, actively participating in all phases of the project Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project Effectively estimates costs, timescales and resource requirements for the successful delivery of the project(s) to agreed terms of reference Ensures that realistic project and quality plans are prepared and maintained and tracks all activities against the plan, providing regular and accurate reports to stakeholders, as appropriate Provides effective leadership to the project team ensuring that team members are motivated and developing their skills and experience Conducts structured reviews of work and takes appropriate action where performance deviates from agreed tolerances Actively represents the project team, ensuring that effective relationships are built and maintained with the business Undertakes, or arranges for, Resource requests, training and development of team members 6 Manages the change control procedure and ensures that project deliverables are completed within planned cost, timescale and resource budgets, and are signed off Gains agreement for revisions to the project(s) from project sponsors 7 Ensures that change management and configuration management procedures are reviewed periodically, interfacing with operations management as necessary Ensures that own projects are formally closed and, where appropriate, subsequently reviewed, and that lessons learned are captured and documented Produces appropriate documentation to support these processes Reports progress on business readiness targets, business engagement activity, training design and deployment activities, key operational metrics and return to productivity measures 10 Monitors and reports on the progress of systems development projects, using appropriate quality assurance processes to ensure that projects are carried out in accordance with the organization s agreed standards, methods and procedures Develops and maintains project business continuity plans, monitors and ensures compliance Competencies Accountability Communication Teamwork

Engineering Manager (EM) is responsible for engineering and design matters on the project and assists the project manager An EM will fill 3 main roles during the execution of a project These are Manager, Technical Leader and Communicator The EM on a project is responsible for scope definition and manages the planning, resourcing and scheduling all the engineering related activities In addition, the EM provides technical leadership, integrates the disciplines and resolves issues The EM is responsible for delivery of all the technical deliverables to achieve the project objectives within the specified time frame and budge Experience Typically 12-15 years of experience in a multi-disciplinary environment on major projects Typically 3 years experience in managing design engineering teams working on major projects Qualification Postgraduate or graduate in an engineering discipline Registration as a professional engineer with the governing authority (preferable) Key Responsibilities Ensure the scope of work is developed and effective change management system is in place Provide input into the monthly prozress report with respect to design progress and issues of concern and recommended changes if required to achieve overall objectives Contribute to the development of the project execution plan together with the project leadership team and allocate roles and responsibilitie Make Contact with client management at key milestones / tollgates throughout project to ensure that engineering deliverables are meeting client requirement Direct and review the engineering activities to ensure that the work quality is satisfactory and appropriate technical personnel development programs are conducted 6 Involve specialist expertise from within TCE or externally as necessary work with Technology Organization and DHs for mandatory reviews 7 Raise safety awareness and ensure the design for safety principles are applied to the projects 8 Ensure Engineering risk assessments are carried out and all identified issues are addressed 9 Arrange and facilitate design reviews and participate as required in engineering and management reviews 10 Co-ordinate quality audit verifications to ensure compliance with all relevant engineering standards and internal procedures for all design activities Instigate corrective actions as required Cooperate with the TCE engineering practice of other BU s as directed on matters involving sharing of available expertise Responsible to ensure timely availability of inter-disciplinary data, integration of the same and resolution of any issues and challenges 13 Obtain regular feedback from customer and take appropriate action 14 Document value additions and best practices and ensure communication of the same to other project teams and leadership 15 Recommend rewards and recognition for exemplary performance from project resources Competencies Manages Conflict Self-Development Drives Results Ensures Accountability Optimizes Work processes Plans and Aligns Decision Quality Situational Adaptability

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, emphasizing the importance of Developer Experience in all aspects of software development you're the right fit if: 12 years+ professional experience in medical software development with proficiency in at least one programming language beyond scripting (eg, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, C#, or C++). Experience with regulated medical software delivery including DHF auto-generation, traceability, and maintaining audit ready compliance in environments such as FDA 21 CFR Part 820, IEC 62304, or ISO 13485. Experience automating compliance and regulatory processes, such as using test automation frameworks (BDD, TDD) to ensure software quality and regulatory adherence without manual intervention Proficiency in core GIT concepts and solid, fresh hands-on experience with modern CI/CD technologies such as GitHub Actions. Hands-on experience on creating and managing cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/AWS preferred). Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience providing Platform Engineering services at scale in an Enterprise is a plus
