We are seeking an experienced US Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles across various domains. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle hiring processes efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for US non-IT roles Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure smooth hiring. Schedule and follow up on interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations. Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Preferred candidate profile Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
