The company's proprietary platform, NucliOS, facilitates connected intelligence at a reduced TCO. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - **Solution Design** - Engage with potential clients to deeply understand their business and tech challenges, actively contributing to the conceptualize-design-sell-win process. - Conduct thorough research on potential engineering solutions based on a clear understanding of client needs, industry challenges, and technological advancements. - Act as a technical advisor during client pitch meetings, providing valuable insights to showcase the company's capabilities. - Develop realistic end-to-end data engineering project roadmaps, ensuring buy-in from internal and client stakeholders. - Evaluate tools, platforms, and methodologies for alignment with project requirements. - Create compelling narratives in solution presentations through decks, documents, and demoes that resonate with prospective clients" needs. - **Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams** - Demonstrate a deep understanding of technological needs and challenges, translating technical insights into business value to become a strategic decision-making partner. - Articulate complex data engineering problems clearly among diverse stakeholders. - Collaborate closely with customer success leaders, senior data architects, and industry SMEs to design solutions based on requirements, limitations, and opportunities. **Skills Required:** - Experience and thorough understanding of data engineering concepts and major cloud service providers (AWS / GCP / Azure) - Research and analytical skills - Experience in working with clients and stakeholders to map technical engineering solutions - Storyboarding and Proposal Design **Being a Mathemagician:** - Embody MathCo's culture and operational style. - Demonstrate an ownership mindset, striving for excellence and driving results. - Actively engage and contribute to initiatives fostering company growth. - Support diversity and appreciate different perspectives.
