Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement engineering plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely project completion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues. Analyze and optimize engineering processes to improve efficiency and productivity. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure materials and equipment. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Prepare and present reports on engineering activities and results. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent. Proven experience in engineering planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools, such as CAD design and simulation software.
