Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Drive Manufacturing team to achieve established targets of daily production plan and OTD.
Maintain high product quality and manufacturing yield while ensuring optimal use of resources and adherences to best safety practices.
Monitor metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess productivity and inventory management
Hire, coach, lead and develop Manufacturing team members in line to production requirement.
Proficient in implementation of and continued adherence to Lean manufacturing and 6S initiatives.
Adherence to Production SOP and Quality standards.
Proficient in VMC, HMC, & other CNC Machine Programming & Operations.
Hands-on experience in Special process Machining.
Complete employee reviews on time and provide proper guidance to all production personnel according to the employee handbook and approved procedures.
Drive Leading Indicator QRQC.
