Engineering Manager/Head

As an Engineering Manager at our company located in Mumbai, your primary responsibility will be to manage teams focused on policy and strategy implementation, with short-term operational and tactical duties. You will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and updating electronic data systems based on the organization's requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Participate as a high-level technical expert in designing, developing, coding, testing, and debugging new software or significant enhancements to existing software under general direction. - Collaborate with technical staff to understand software issues, develop specifications to address them, and oversee the evaluation, scheduling, and resourcing of development projects. - Investigate user needs, write, test, and maintain computer programs, and create systems documentation. - Address customer complaints, consider suggestions for improvements, and engage in the development of software user manuals. - Act as a team leader on less complex projects and provide training to less experienced software development staff. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree (16 years of education) - Minimum of 10 years of experience in the field - Mandatory skills in Cloud (AWS/Azure), Microservices, Java, and Angular Please note that candidates with a salary exceeding 60 LPA are kindly requested not to apply for this position.,
