Engineering Manager (Site Reliability Engineering)

As a Site Reliability Engineering Manager (EM), you will own a full charter of the SRE org. In this role, you will function as a tech-managerial EM, collaborating with various stakeholders, peers, and your team to contribute to the organizational commitments and growth. Leading a team of skilled engineers, you will focus on optimizing search functionalities and driving innovation. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the end-to-end development process, from ideation to deployment, to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions while upholding best reliability practices. You will be part of the Reliability and Productivity Engineering team, which is dedicated to constructing industry-standard large-scale platforms for use across FK.
