A bachelors degree from an accredited institution must include computer science, engineering, or a related subject 13-15 years of overall software development experience in a technology-oriented organization including 4+ years in leading multiple technology teams Experience with advanced web scraping and proxy is highly desirable Hands-on experience in Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and project execution Proven track record of coaching and mentoring tech leads and senior engineers Experience working with e-commerce/B2C, B2B, and enterprise software environments (B2B experience would be highly desirable) Experience in leading Web Development & IT projects based on Agile, Scrum, and Extreme programming Methodologies such as Clean Code Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical individuals Hands-on experience with programming languages e.g. javascript, nodejs, C# .Net, .Net Core, and Python Solid knowledge of OOP software concepts, design patterns, and best practices Experience working on scalable software deployments on Unix/Linux e.g. Debian, Ubuntu , and RHEL .
