Job Position : Software Engineering Manager - Digital Health Global Tech Startup. Joining : Immediately. Responsibility and Role : A) Mandatory Role and Responsibility : If you match the criteria below then only you apply. - You should be strong and capable enough as a doer end-to-end Hands-on with skillsets as a Strong Full Stack Software Developer ( Backend Development and with Frontend Development), also a Technology Architect and Software Engineering Manager in a Cloud Technology Environment of AWS, GCP. - As a Multihat role Hero, You should be a Technology builder and doer, you should be in a position to do the Product Software Engineering development for developing a Highly scalable SaaS Cloud Platform for B2B, B2B2C, and B2C direct Consumer Cloud Digital Health Platform for web and Mobile Application right from its Technology Architect, Product Design and Product development, deploy with all functionality as required by the Business owner and Product owner ( Our Products end to end Mobile App Prototype developments already done and the product full step by step functionality is ready for demo and its full functionality working ) to final product delivery for its Commercialisation. - You should be highly accountable, highly responsive, and responsible in understanding the requirement and delivery, and commitment brought to the table within the set tight deadlines. - You should have Hands-on with the latest Proven Technology Stacks on any E-commerce developing Digital Platforms such as in FinTech, AgriTech, Edutech, or in Digital Health and AI Health Platform building after Mobile App Prototypes to delivery on web and mobile applications. - Their primary responsibilities include Tech Architect for building a highly scalable SaaS Cloud Platform for B2B & B2B2C consumers, E-commerce Portal, developing AWS Cloud servers and databases for AI Health based Products and solutions delivered through web and mobile app functionality, and coding for mobile platforms. - Developing front-end web e-commerce Portal architecture. - Designing user interactions on web pages. - Developing back-end website applications. - Creating servers and databases for functionality. - Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones. - Ensuring responsiveness of applications. - Working alongside graphic designers for web design features. - Seeing through a project from conception to finished product. - Designing and developing APIs, integrating with 3rd Party API for smooth Transaction and working. - Meeting both technical and consumer needs. - Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages. B) Most Important : Your Personality Profile : - You should have a demonstrated track record as a Top Software developer - Performers in delivering your side with strong commitment and your side deliverables as a single-handed hands-on multi-hat role, doer - A good Team Player - Team Leader with good understanding level with your Higher up and Juniors within small Founding Team organizational with Good Behavioural Practice, Caring, Giving Respect and Good Relationship skills, well smoothly connected through with the Team and Reporting Officer with High level of engagement, Integrity, Deep Understanding and Professional Soft and Good Communication Skills is must. 4) Experience : - IT service & MNC IT industry experience candidates need not apply. - Only Early-stage to Growth stage Tech Startup single-handed multi hat role - Profile experiences Candidates need to apply. - We will only count your Tech Startup IT Product Development Full Stack development Experience for your selection and CTC Package workout. A) Total Experience of 10 to 12 Years of experience in Software Product Development Engineering & Product Development hands-on Multi Hat Role as a doer first in web and Mobile applications only in Tech Startups Preferably in Digital Health, AI Health, or any other industry in a Highly Scalable E-commerce Platform building using Latest Trend in Cloud-based Software Product Technology Preferably: 1 Year as Startup CTO / VP /AVP/ Chief Architect / Engineering Manager -Software Engineering & IT Product Development with a single-handed Multihat role hardcore Engineering Management. Mandatory : - Startup experience as a doer with at least - 2 years as Software Technology Architect, 1 Year as Solutions Architect. - 2 to 7 Years as end-to-end single-handed Multihat role Full-stack Developer ( Backend) mandatory. - Worked from scratch on New Cloud Platform Product development. - 1 Year in DevOps Development Leading managing as optional. - At least 1 year as a Software Engineering Head / Engineering Manager/ Full Stack Developer Lead in web and Mobile application Product Engineering in an early-stage to Growth stage Digital Health Startup from scratch to complete delivery of world-class products and solutions. - Worked as a single-handed independently and as a Team leads with the multi-hat role and in the team as a Backend developer, experienced in QA Testing on web and mobile app in a startup company. - Strong organizational and Software Product engineering project management skills and not in IT Services. 5) Required Job Skillset : - Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React, and Amber. - Django, Dynamo DB, LAMP, MEAN stack - AWS ( AWS S3, EC2, Amazon Device Farm), Android, Kotlin, React, react-native - Flutter, dart ios, Swift. - Should have additional skills in NoSQL DB, and MongoDB but it is not mandatory. - Proficiency with server-side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, and .Net. Tensor flow. - Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB. Testing Tools : - Appium, Selenium, Robotium, Mockito. Espresso- Excellent verbal communication skills. - Completed product engineering for a highly scalable Digital Health Platform / E-commerce Platform maintaining a high level of Data Security, Data Privacy, and High-level Cybersecurity system implementation with at least 10-30 Mobile apps ( multifunction apps). - Hands-on development from scratch for a highly scalable digital Health / Digital Technology E-commerce Cloud Platform with at least 100 to 50 Million Downloads of his Product developed. Qualification : - B.Tech in CSE / IT / ECE from any reputed engineering Institute. - MBA need not apply.
