Role Overview We are looking for an Engineering Lead/Manager to own engineering for the entire stablecoin initiative — spanning both the application and infrastructure layers. You’ll lead a small engineering team while staying hands-on — shipping polished SMB-facing experiences on the frontend and building backend systems that scale securely and reliably. A big part of the role will be designing and maintaining integrations with on/off-ramp providers across geographies, many of which lack mature APIs or documentation. You will lead technical discussions, define architecture, and ensure our systems remain robust on top of fragmented provider infrastructure. The Opportunity As an Engineering Manager on the Workspace ONE team at Omnissa : You will lead and coach a team of high-performing engineers focused on building innovative features and capabilities for the Workspace ONE UEM platform. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll divide your time across three key areas: 30%: Hands-on coding and debugging (C#.Net/Microservices). 30%: Architecting and designing enterprise software and cloud services (HLD & LLD). 40%: Project and people management. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing engineering projects from inception to delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and scope alignment. Managing project risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Providing technical guidance and enforcing best practices in software development and architecture. Tracking and analysing team performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Leading, mentoring, and supporting engineers in their professional growth. Required Qualifications Deep hands-on experience in software development C#.Net, SQL Server/Microsoft technologies Strong architectural and design skills for scalable, secure, cloud- native solutions. Proven track record of managing and scaling high-performing engineering teams. Excellent communication and leadership skills with a passion for mentoring. Experience leading teams through the full software development lifecycle. Proficiency in Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices, including hands- on CI/CD pipeline management. Strong collaboration skills for working with distributed, global teams. 8–10 years of software engineering experience, including 1–2 years in technical leadership and people management. BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical training. Preferred Qualifications Experience With .Net core, .net standard, asp.net Experience managing large-scale production deployments. Hands-on using Kafka, micro-services, and other cloud design patterns Hands-on RESTful API design, including API versioning, backwards compatibility, authentication and rate limiting A strong customer-centric mindset focused on delivering high- quality solutions.
