Level- Manager Skill - Kinaxis RR Location - PAN INDIA -Minimum 10 plus years of experience of implementing Kinaxis and similar other SCM software solutions in client environment. -Should have played Solution Architect role in at least 2 Kinaxis implementation projects. -Strong functional knowledge and experience in the following Rapid Response applications: Supply Planning, Capacity Planning (Constraints), DRP, MPS, Demand Planning and Order Fulfillment -Must have strong design and software configuration skills and good command over data models. -Must have knowledge of integrating Kinaxis with SAP/Oracle/legacy systems -Must have implementation experience in configuring Demand Planning and Supply Planning modules -Must have completed Rapid Response Author Level 2 certification -Strong collaborator, team player and individual contributor. Strong -communication skills with comfort in speaking with business stakeholders. -Strong problem solver with ability to manage and lead the team to push the solution and drive progress. Preferable Qualifications (Nice to Have) -Any relevant supply chain certifications like CSCP will be a plus -Rapid Response Solution Consultant / Solution Architect certification will be a plus Professional Attributes -Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment -Desire to work in an information systems environment -Excellent communication written and oral and interpersonal skills.
