Role & responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of .NET engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Own the planning and execution of software projects, ensuring on-time delivery, high quality, and alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps to define requirements, scope, and technical solutions.
Provide architectural guidance and hands-on support in the design, development, and deployment of .NET-based applications and services.
Drive the adoption of best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and agile methodologies.
Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and support career growth of engineering team members.
Manage resource allocation, hiring, and team capacity planning.

Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure technical excellence and competitive advantage
