Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Engineering Manager located in Noida, with some work from home days acceptable. The Engineering Manager will oversee engineering teams, manage software development projects, ensure adherence to best practices in software development, and maintain high standards in coding and documentation. The role includes mentoring team members, project planning, and coordinating with different departments to ensure the successful delivery of software products.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Computer Science
• Experience in Software Development and Back-End Web Development
• Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Familiarity with CI-CD pipelines
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus
