Engineering Manager, MS Test Automation

Key Responsibilities: - Lead and grow a team of QA engineers, planning and executing the team's roadmap - Collaborate with software development group and other departments to ensure successful product testing - Drive firmware release process and architect changes to testbed topology for testing product features - Select and implement agile and software development principles to deliver high-quality test frameworks - Regularly review performance and support the professional growth of team members - Partner with recruiters to expand the team and contribute to the leadership of the larger MS team Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field - 8+ years of experience in hiring and leading software engineering teams - 8+ years of software test and/or QA experience - Expertise in configuring and debugging networking equipment and protocols, particularly switching - Proficiency in automating tests or systems using languages like Python or Ruby - Leadership experience in projects involving planning and coordination - Expert knowledge of end-to-end testing of physical embedded devices Additional Company Details (if present): Cisco Meraki emphasizes diversity, inclusion, and collaboration to drive innovation and unleash the full potential of employees.
