3-10yr leader, 0-1 builder. Skills: Python/Go, AWS, K8s, Microservices. Crucial: AI/ML (Demand Forecast/NLP, MLOps). Founder, strategic, hands-on for FoodTech AI SaaS. Startup DNA vital.
