Job Description

Responsibilities Oversee and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure for security, efficiency, and scalability. Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering innovation and collaboration. Drive DevOps initiatives using Kubernetes, cloud technologies, and programming expertise. Stay updated on emerging technologies to enhance team strategy. Develop and communicate a strategic roadmap aligned with organizational goals. Promote high standards, innovation, and continuous improvement. Act as a liaison between DevOps and other departments for effective communication. Provide production and operational support, swiftly troubleshooting issues to maintain stability. Preferred candidate profile Proven ability to manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure. Successful track record in leading and mentoring DevOps teams. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, cloud technologies, and programming languages. Strong ability to develop and execute roadmaps and OKRs. Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven experience in maintaining stable production environments.
