What youll do Growth, Strategy & Outreach Assist in planning and executing go-to-market and growth strategies (online & offline) Build scalable models for onboarding rural partners, farmers, and agri-retailers Support lead generation, client acquisition, and campaign feedback loops Work on positioning products effectively within agri-tech and rural ecosystems Product Analysis & Market Research Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer needs analysis Define product features and develop user stories, business rules, and use cases Coordinate with stakeholders (clients, retailers, product teams) to capture requirements and drive execution Support cross-functional collaboration across Tech, Product, Ops, and Marketing Data, Reporting & Documentation Analyze and interpret data for product performance, campaign success, and strategic decisions Prepare dashboards, financial reports, and internal presentations Document functional and technical specifications for business and product teams Content & Communication Create impactful content case studies, success stories, pitch decks, and stakeholder reports Contribute to marketing communication and digital storytelling Coordinate and possibly manage community events or outreach activities Must have Graduate or Master s student in Engineering, Management, Agri-Business, Marketing, or Rural Development Strong written and verbal communication skills (English, Hindi/regional languages a plus) Skilled in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic analytics/SQL tools Nice to have Passion for Agri-Tech, Growth Strategy, Product Thinking, or Startup Ecosystems Adaptable, hands-on, and proactive with leadership qualities Experience in event coordination, financial budgeting, or community work is a plus.
