ENGINEERING LEAD

As an Engineering Lead at Quantaco, you will play a crucial role in managing and mentoring a team of developers while overseeing the design and architecture of applications for accounting and finance operations. Your technical expertise and strong leadership skills will be essential in delivering innovative and reliable products that meet client needs and industry standards. - Lead and manage a team of developers, providing mentorship and support for their professional growth. - Design and architect scalable solutions using Python and other technologies. - Automate build and deployment pipelines to enhance team productivity. - Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure high-quality deliverables. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product roadmap and implement technical solutions based on business requirements. - Optimize components for performance and reliability on Google Cloud Platform. - Actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and team retrospectives. - Strong leadership and mentoring skills. - Organized, efficient, and a fast learner. - Design-focused approach to application development. - Integrity, honesty, trust, and respect. - Self-motivated and team-oriented. - Excellent communication skills for effective technical explanations. - Proficiency in Python, including Django and Django ORM. - Experience in deploying and operating serverless and containerized platforms, preferably on Google Cloud. - Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory). - Ability to translate abstract concepts into efficient designs. - Familiarity with technologies such as TypeScript/JavaScript, BigQuery, PostgreSQL, Git, Bitbucket, Terraform, Cube JS, DBT, C#, and financial data systems.,
