Engineering Lead - Large Language Models

**Role Overview:** You are being offered the role of Founding Full Stack Engineering Lead at LH2 Holdings, located in IBC Knowledge Park, Bangalore. LH2 Holdings is an AI Operating System dedicated to scaling digital content brands and creators. The company acquires or partners with various digital content brands such as web platforms, YouTube channels, apps, podcasts, newsletters, etc., and focuses on scaling them. The primary vision of the company is to enable digital creators to scale their content as easily as large conglomerates do. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conceptualize and build an AI-powered Digital Content OS from scratch, with Large Language Models (LLMs) at the core. - Gain in-depth insights into digital content workflows and seamlessly integrate them into the product. - Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering team right from the beginning. - Collaborate with a small team to swiftly develop and deliver Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) across various modules. - Engage in hands-on coding and development tasks; this is not a hands-off leadership position. **Key Qualifications:** - Must have hands-on experience in building products using Large Language Models (LLMs). - Mandatory 5-8 years of relevant hands-on coding experience. - Demonstrated expertise as a full-stack developer proficient in modern web technologies or a strong willingness to learn. - Solid background in creating AI-first applications, especially utilizing LLMs like OpenAI. - Proficiency in serverless architectures, vector databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). - Deep understanding of scalable architectures and performance optimization. - Exceptional problem-solving abilities and capacity to work efficiently under pressure. - Previous experience with Generative AI (GenAI) and/or founding a startup is highly advantageous. - Bonus points for experience with vector databases, RAG, prompt chaining, or Langchain. **Additional Details:** LH2 Holdings offers a stimulating work environment focused on cutting-edge AI-driven technologies.
