Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functionality, safety, and technical readiness of simulators. This role involves a combination of hands-on preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, as well as providing technical assistance and support. Your objective will be to maintain high availability and performance of the simulators while offering engineering insights and operational guidance to the maintenance team. Key Responsibilities: - Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on simulators according to established procedures and schedules. - Identify and resolve technical and mechanical issues in simulators effectively. - Coordinate with departments for inspections, performance tests, and external maintenance tasks. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and manage spare parts inventory. - Provide real-time technical assistance to the maintenance team during complex operations. - Collaborate in the creation and update of technical documentation and maintenance procedures. - Coordinate with the development team to implement simulator upgrades and improvements. - Deliver and support technical training for maintenance staff on new systems and procedures. - Manage a knowledge management system to support continuous learning within the team. - Participate in performance review meetings and simulator hardware obsolescence analysis. - Support resolution of discrepancies not solved by routine maintenance and contribute to internal audits and quality system updates. - Conduct periodic checks, including QTGs. - Recommend technical improvements to boost simulator performance and efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and simulator systems. - Knowledge of simulator systems and associated equipment. - Strong technical diagnostic and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with documentation management and collaboration tools. - Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with different departments.,
