As a Full Stack Engineer at our company, you will be a key member of one of our feature delivery teams focused on enhancing the Salesforce technology stack to deliver new product functionality and meet customer demands. Working with a collaborative and dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the best experience for our customers by developing scalable solutions tailored to various verticals such as telecom, energy, and utilities. Your responsibilities will involve using frameworks like Apex, LWC, and React on the Force.com platform to write clean code, implement design patterns, conduct thorough testing, and craft robust unit tests. Your strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, combined with effective communication and collaboration skills, will be essential in translating customer requirements into exceptional products. While familiarity with Salesforce Platform, Apex programming, and Lightning Web Components is advantageous, having Salesforce certifications is desirable but not mandatory. Additionally, your ability to apply modern JavaScript knowledge, unit testing frameworks, continuous integration tools, and version control systems will be valuable in your role. Within the first 60 days of joining, you will focus on mastering various aspects of the Salesforce platform, including data management, declarative development tools, user interface development, integration tools, developer tools, deployment processes, testing, and debugging techniques. You will also gain knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and begin leveraging your Java programming skills to develop robust Apex code within the Salesforce Platform. By the 180-day mark, you will have become an expert in specific modules across our product, shipped large modules, served as a technical expert for features, collaborated with external teams on issue resolution, and contributed to enhancing developer efficiency and best practices. Your role will involve identifying technical debt, architecting end-to-end solutions, and participating in customer meetings to gather requirements and explain solutions in a non-technical manner. Within the first year, you will mentor junior and mid-level developers, drive process and coding standard improvements, develop large-scale modules, lead engineering initiatives, and establish industry expertise to inform the software you develop. You will also serve as a subject matter expert for other teams, define standards for new technologies, and build strong relationships with your team members to ensure the successful completion of features that our customers love. Sitetracker is a company dedicated to solving critical infrastructure project management challenges across various industries, including telecommunications, utilities, smart cities, and alternative energy.
