Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading, planning, and directing all engineering activities within the API plant organization located in Panoli (Vadodara). Your primary goal is to ensure that all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes align with the organization's established policies and objectives. Your duties and responsibilities will include conducting thorough reviews of the team and portfolio, offering guidance and direction to enhance team competence, monitoring the operation and maintenance of utility and services such as water, air, steam, nitrogen, refrigeration, and HVAC systems in the plant. Additionally, you will oversee equipment maintenance, modifications, civil and building management activities, and ensure the availability of electrical systems, including DG power and transformers. It will be essential for you to oversee sterile plant process equipment maintenance, compliance with regulations related to boiler, factory, electrical systems, and other engineering-related compliance standards. You will also need to ensure adherence to CGMP compliance for audit participation, energy conservation, cost reduction initiatives, safety compliance within the engineering team, and preparation of annual budgets (CAPEX/OPEX).
