We have openings for Project Engineers to work on site & within office for various Projects related to custody transfer flow metering, instrumentation-automation, remote monitoring & control, RTU/SCADA across India. Roles and responsibilities include on site/ off site design, engineering, integration, testing, installation, commissioning and service/support including engineering documentation, software development/ modification, testing, etc. Sound knowledge of field instrumentation, automation, basic electrical & electronics, good communication skills required.

Role & responsibilities Handling and management of the Engineering department. Overall responsible for the maintenance of the plant, Machinery, Utilities, Building, and premises Coordination with concerned department heads for the timely execution of engineering activities. Planning and scheduling preventive maintenance of Production, QC, Warehouse equipment, and utility as per the preventive maintenance planner. Review of SOPs, protocol & reports, and preventive maintenance planner and checklist. To provide technical guidance to the engineering team and top management. Responsible for the selection and design of equipment, plant layout, materials handling, and ordering of material. Up-dation of facilities as per regulatory guidelines such as man material handling, HVAC system and utility etc. The monitoring of compliance with the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practice. Handling of QMS activities related with engineering department. Ensure that environmental, Health and Safety, Engineering, Quality standards and procedures are adhered to review the technological system that supports a more environmentally friendly approach. Requirement and skills: Proven working experience as a Manager-Engineering. People-oriented and results-driven. Candidates having pharmaceutical experience of working in liquid and tablet products, Equipment, utility, and maintenance will be the preference. System Designing and Application Engineering for MV AIS panels (Domestic + Exports). Main responsibilities: Overall coordination for MV AIS Panel orders with sales, engineering, factory and customer including following Key Responsibilities: 1) Techno-commercial contract review 2) Coordination with Engineering for submission of Drawings and other engineering documents to customer 3) Getting drawing approval from customer 4) Claim submission and negotiation with customer 5) Cost and overall milestone monitoring throughout the order execution 6) Close coordination with Factory and logistic for scheduling of orders 7) Coordination with customer for FAT and dispatch related activities 8) Coordination for Post dispatch service activities Candidate should possess: Good knowledge about medium voltage power distribution system and protection system for AIS panels Knowledge of IS/IEC standards applicable for MV systems. Responsibility: Testing of software and hardware for control & protection for HVDC/FACTS/AC Switchyard systems. Testing of primary electrical equipment in HVAC/HVDC Switchyards. Testing and programming of numerical protection relays (preferably Siemens SIPROTEC family) Performing factory acceptance tests and site acceptance tests as per procedure for HVDC/FACTS C&P systems at factory and site Troubleshooting and technical service support at customer sites for HVDC & FACTS. Updating of engineering documentation/drawings upon completion of factory and site tests Job would involve extensive travelling to customer project sites and customer interaction keen interest in software programming and electronic circuitry Manage, develop, and ensure profitability of HVDC & FACTS spares business Responsible to ensure all business KPI's are met and the services to the customer are maintained in accordance with company policy and procedure Respond to customer enquiry by understanding the technical requirement prepare the offer to cater the customer requirement technically and commercially Handling complete offer management & Order execution for spare parts business and regular follow ups with vendors, taking care of import shipments and ensure timely delivery of materials to customer sites Attending customer meetings to discuss on various proposals, understanding technical issues and suggest possible solutions by aligning with field service. Experience in preparing offers and proposal for HVDC & FACTS products, managing material movement and supervising site operations. Prepare cost optimized technical solutions collaborating with relevant stake holders while meeting customer expectations. Preparation of techno commercial offers and proactive follow-up with regions/customers for technical & commercial closure. Timely submission of clarifications/offer meeting customer deadlines while complying to internal processes. Cyber security skills will be added as a additional advantage. We dont need superheroes, just super minds. B.E / B. Tech in Electrical/Electrical and Electronics with 4 to 8 years of experience. Good knowledge in testing of software and hardware for control & protection for HVDC/FACTS/AC Switchyard systems. Experience on HVDC/FACTS system will be an advantage. Good Knowledge in testing and programming of numerical protection relays Must be technically sound to face Customer directly. Good communication skills. Clear understanding of entire Offer Testing & Commissioning process of HVDC & FACTS Substation. A very good Team Player with high commitment/willingness to go beyond extra mile. Good knowledge of Cyber Security\, MS Word, MS Excel & Power Points and working knowledge of MS office tools like MS Projects, Power BI etc. added advantage.
