Core Activities Knowledge of HVAC systems, Engineering design experience. Study contract documents/tenders, mechanical plans and evaluate customer requirements and ability to do the Engineering reviews. Excellent collaborative and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectivelywith consultants and customers. Assess customer site for design requirements, Complete complex and integrated system designs with technical requirements. Support Project performance to achieve, on-time delivery, zero or positive deviation and proactive technical issue prevention. Suggest cost effective design solutions to improve project GM. Support as necessary for trouble free design deliverables. Assist sales and P&E team by innovative use of technology in establishing system design and providing cost effective solutions. Prepare submittals per engineering standards, ensuring commitment dates are met. Review submittals with sales and delivery teams and lead team to obtain submittal approval. Drive common best practice system designs and engineered solutions. Issue of Design submittal in accordance with project planning requirements. Coordinates with Vendor/ Supplier representatives on design, commissioning & HO requirements.
