Maintenance of QMS documents where applicable and bring Improvements. Preparation of quality Plans and Authorized to release the products. Ensure Timely submission of PPAP and Ontime Customer audit actions closure. Plan and conduct internal audits related QMS, EMS & OHS as needed Maintain compliance and organization performance data every month. Ensure all operations are planned, controlled, Implemented as per procedures. Achieve Plant specific Quality KPIs along with YoY improvements. Execute Quality Improvement Projects -be Quality expert with an ability to lead and guide team. Ensure the deployment of Quality tools PFD/PFMEA/CP/SPC/MSAetc. Develop Team members, keep talent pipeline, others as per business need. Problem solving and bring the CI culture within department and organization. Strong in Quality and Production documentation and records maintenance.
