Engineering & Design Engineer

As a Design Engineer at the company, your main role will involve designing various equipment such as Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Compressors Packages, Piping Spools, Oil and Water consoles. Your responsibilities will include reviewing codes, standards, and customer specifications, as well as reviewing drawings and design calculations. You will also be responsible for preparing design inputs, bought-out items & paint data sheets and validating various design software. Communication with customers for approval of engineering documents will be a key part of your job. Additionally, you will be involved in the preparation and updating of Engineering log sheets/CRS (comment resolution sheets), reviewing customer comments, and resubmitting documents on time. You will need to study the impact of customer comments and log DCR (Design Change Record) for any changes in input documents/comments received from customers/suppliers. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field - 3-9 years of experience in oil & gas equipment design - Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations - Experience with design software such as PV-Elite, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc. - Strong communication and leadership skills - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities The company is located in Pune, India, with the workplace being onsite. Your experience level should be between 3-9 years, and your key skills should include Engineering and Design, software knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
