Dear Candidate, Greetings from RightHire!! Weve been retained by a leading multi-billion-dollar company into Oil & Gas to fulfil its manpower requirement. And currently, were scouting for State Team Lead – Statutory to be based out at Baroda, Varanasi & Lucknow. Please find below a brief JDs & revert me back with your updated CV should the role suits & excites you to join in such a prestigious company. Note: Ideal candidate must have extensive experience & exposure in statutory compliances / regulatory affairs only from oil & gas/EPC/energy sectors having similar experience. The selected candidates shall be assigned the respective state to lead all the compliances for opening new petrol pumps/CGD/CNG/RO. Job Accountabilities: 1. Statutory Compliance: Track and expedite Statutory Approvals for NRO cases in the State within specified timelines. Close monitoring and Co-ordination with NDMs/SBDMs, SCO Team and LOI Holders for securing Approvals in timebound manner. Maintain Database MIS for the State for all Statutory Applications and Approvals. In close coordination with the State SCO Team and NDMs/SBDMs, alongwith the TPSPs Liasioning with Statutory Authorities in the State like PESO, NHAI, MoRTH, District Magistrate Offices, Forest Dept as applicable. Co-ordinating for SDA & Other statutory drawings timely release from engineering and update with various Govt stake holders & LOI Holders. Close co-ordination with LOI Holders alongwith NDMs/SBDMs on regular intervals to track their progress on SA front. To Co-ordinate with RE Team for Land Site Selection for CO NROs and process Statutory Approvals post Site Selection thru State Team/SCOs & TPSP Role specific accountabilities: State Team Lead – Statutory This role would drive the network expansion function in the state which would encompass: a. Assist the State Business Development Managers (SBDMs) in Co-ordination & hand holding with various agencies (Internal / external) post on-boarding of the channel partners and during construction phase. b. Rapport building with various Stakeholders from Statutory & Regulatory Authorities of the State like PESO, NHAI, MoRTH, Forest, District Magistrate, Police Administration etc. c. Monitoring of various Statutory Approvals for all the Channel Partners and accompany them to various Authorities to expedite the Approvals. d. Act as an extended arm of Statutory HO Team for CO NRO Sites in the State, to ensure Timely Approvals thru appointed TPSPs and SCO Team. e. Maintain Repository of All Statutory Approvals for the NROs in the State, track updation of Database, issuance of RFC alert State for Timely Renewals of Approvals. f. Track and ensure timely payments of TPSPs engaged for various Statutory Approvals in the State thru the State Office. You will oversee and ensure that all functions operate in accordance with Arabelle Solutions" standards, project requirements, regulations, codes, and country-specific mandates. Your role will encompass various responsibilities, including supporting tendering activities, initiating project requirements, executing project tasks, and ensuring on-time delivery of compliance and safety activities. To excel in this role, you must possess an engineering degree or equivalent qualification. Experience in plant engineering compliance or EHS, familiarity with EU directives/regulations, and knowledge of standards management are essential requirements. Additionally, proficiency in English (read, write, speak) is mandatory for effective communication within the organization and with external stakeholders. Key competencies required for this position include autonomy, global support approach, readiness to understand and explain foreign regulations, target-oriented mindset, and tenacity. Desirable competencies include experience in environmental studies, nuclear power plant standards, EU certification, local regulations analysis, and standards management.
