About the role: Lead Offshore Structural Engineers should supervise and coordinate daily structural engineering activities, review of the models, reports, drawings. They should be able to manage and lead a team of skilled junior engineers and supervise the planning of the jobs. Responsibilities: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, clients and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination structural work within the overall job schedule. Experience in leading a team of engineers. Should be well versed in design of offshore/marine/subsea structures, analyses, related engineering assessments, calculations, procedures and requirements. Knowledge of FMEA, STAAD, SACS will be considered advantageous Should have experience in structural design, analysis and calculations for ships and offshore floating/fixed structures Should be able to perform first principle engineering calculations for structural design. Should be proficient in report writing, good communication skills and multitasking capability. Candidate requirements: BTech (Civil, Mechanical) / MTech (Structural) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Should be proficient in good communication skills and multitasking capability. Outlook, Excel, Adobe Reader - Proficient user.
