The Impact You ll Make in this Role Participating in a diverse Agile Scrum team supporting team deliverables across the Desktop Engineering portfolio of services (Imaging, provisioning, security, hardware, operating system management, software delivery, analytics, automation, etc.). Leading projects around the identification and automation of key operational activities with a focus on reducing friction in IT Processes and improving client satisfaction. Participating in next generation device imaging and management activities, including but not limited to; testing and configuring new Operating System imaging and delivery processes, data migration strategies, systems management strategies, security, compliance, etc. Monitoring support issues for opportunities to improve End User Experience using tools like Systrack and Microsoft Endpoint Analytics, scripting automations and leading efforts to resolve common issues. Performing Root cause identification for issues escalated to L4 Participating in the design, implementation, and support of a varied portfolio of global desktop solutions that meet business requirements and are aligned to security and operational standards. Consulting with clients on emerging technology and/or existing solutions. Assist in setting Product Direction for privilege management, browser and Java technologies. Develops/maintains vendor relationship with top technical experts. Maintain and broaden skills/expertise in different technology areas, stay in touch with changing technologies. Data Engineering Analyst - Data Acquisition Team The Role in Brief: The Data Engineering Analyst, leveraging technical and analytical skills, is responsible for supporting Data Acquisition team with ongoing implementations and incremental data.
